There’s an immediacy and physicality in a printed page that would be nice for certain purposes, but most of those purposes are extremely short term. Like “here are your morning headlines”, I’d be much more likely to remember to read them if the printer spit them out at me every morning, but I never bother to look when they’re on my tablet. But I’m also not willing to waste treecorpse on that kind of thing, that would be criminal.
