This thing is, for me, literally _existentially terrifying_. It's less than two years since I ended up in ICU twice, _on two sequential weekends_, because of a _minor stomach bug_. My immune system has tried to kill me SEVERAL times; I've got at LEAST three separate autoimmune diseases in my file.

This shit _will_ _fucking_ _kill_ _me_. I have _zero_ doubts about this.
